2025 ELC Workshop

The Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity (ELC) Workshop is an annual epidemiology conference hosted by the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS). Registration is free and is made possible through funding from the Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity cooperative agreement. The 2025 ELC Workshop will be held on February 5th - 7th, 2025, in-person and virtually at the Commons Conference Center (J.J. Pickle Research Campus) in Austin, TX.

Travel Reimbursement Requests

Travel reimbursement may be available for conference attendees if travel costs do not exceed GSA rates. Information about travel reimbursement procedures will be available at the Event Booth on request.

DSHS Employees: You will need to have travel approved beforehand by routing a Travel Authorization Form, as is standard for travel requests.Visit the DSHS Travel website (only available via DSHS intranet) for details.
