Pseudoephedrine Retail Certificate of Authority Program

The Governor signed Senate Bill 2065, 85th Legislature, Regular Session 2017. It amends Health and Safety Code, Chapter 486, Over-the-Counter Sales of Ephedrine, Pseudoephedrine and Norpseudoephedrine and becomes effective September 1, 2017. Senate Bill 2065 eliminates the Certificate of Authority Program.
