2024 Texas DSHS Respiratory Disease Conference
The Flu and Respiratory Disease Conference is an annual event hosted by the Texas Department of State Health Services Emerging and Acute Infectious Disease Unit, Influenza Surveillance Team. This year’s conference was held from August 8th – 9th, 2024, in-person at the Commons Conference Center (J.J. Pickle Research Campus) in Austin, TX with the goal of shining a light on cooperative efforts that provide opportunities to strengthen ongoing connections and build new partnerships while also encouraging discussions and innovations to improve our respiratory surveillance in the State.
