Bulk Milk Hauler and Plant Receiver Sampler Training

Grade “A” Milk Sampler/Hauler

This training is made available to teach you specific procedures needed to properly handle milk from the dairy farm to the milk plant, and to prepare you to take the milk hauler exam and perform with confidence during the on-farm evaluation required to obtain your hauler permit. If you believe additional training is necessary prior to taking the hauler exam or conducting the on-farm evaluation, please contact your local inspector for assistance. This training is made available to teach you specific procedures needed to receive, agitate, sample and unload milk brought into your facility for processing, and to prepare you to take the milk receiver exam and perform with confidence during the on-site sampling evaluation required to obtain your receiver permit. If you believe additional training is necessary prior to taking the receiver exam or conducting the on-site sampling evaluation, please contact your local inspector for assistance.
