Nonconfidential data can be submitted with the above GIS Service request form or submitted in a separate email to gis@dshs.texas.gov
Confidential Data
If you need to submit confidential data, complete the GIS Service request form and we will send a secure ftp address.
Submission Guidelines
Data submitted for geocoding should follow the guidelines specified in the geocoding guidelines.
