Important Fee Information for Food Manufacturers, Warehouse Operators, Food Wholesalers, and Food Wholesale Registrants

Effective immediately, initial food manufacturer applicants need to identify what type of manufacturer they are.

All initial applicants need to identify what type of food operation they have.

The changes are on the applications you can download from this website

The changes are set for the online applications.

To ensure you submit correct information, review the Foods Guidance Document.

Online Licensing and Renewals

Food manufacturers, warehouse operators, food wholesalers, and food wholesale registrants may use the Regulatory Services Online Licensing System to apply for initial licenses and to renew existing licenses.

We are currently unable to process minor amendment changes online, such as name and address changes.
